Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if the request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns

Due to the nature of our research products, opened, used, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return or refund.

Any approved return must be authorized by NP Performance before the product is sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved refund is processed, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping information
  • Packages refused or abandoned by the recipient
  • Requests submitted outside the applicable claim period
  • Products that have been improperly stored or handled
